Laundry list. Jeez where do I start? It's a franchise run by a narcissist. Very high turnover rate for technicians as it's a commission based job, and they basically abuse you with hours, unless you enjoy working 14-16 hour days for peanuts. This particular position has a great salary on paper, but is actually unattainable unless you're a guiltless psychopath. You will be expected to pad your wallet by charging exorbitant rates to collect a modest commission. Your minimum wage rate base salary will be deducted from your commission earnings, so you get whatever is left. It's not much, unless you're a guiltless psychopath.
