Small team so there's a sense of family, the owner truly does seem to care about his employees, we charge a fair rate for work, school is paid for, time off is allowed and potentially paid for, and insurance.

Cons

On call can be terrible and controls your life on those weeks, digging sucks we do it often, no ira benefit, alot of over time.
