No issues , good overall company

You have to take vacations 1 week at a time and requires 60 day notice to take a vacation. They change your commission structure regularly. Never for the good. Always giving you less commission. Call volume is very low and they dont market. This makes it a challenge to get prospective clients. When its brought up to upper management its always spun to be the employees fault. Upper management takes no insight or ideas from employees. No paid sick time Commission only means no draw or base salary. If you recieve no calls all week you get no paycheck. Benefits package is high premium and doesnt cover hardly anything. Little to no opportunity for advancement They expect you to take calls and close deals on your day off. Issues with jobs sold they try to find ways to take precents off commission such as pictures not "taken at the right angle" Youre expected to attend meetings unpaid.
