      Independence, go lots of interesting places

      Cons

      70 hour weeks sometimes, on call, commission pay some some days you make near nothing, have to buy your own tools, unless you don't have a concience you won't make a lot and it will eat your life entirely.

      New equipment, sales training, great Monday-Friday scheduling

      Cons

      No help at all during after hours or on call. Franchise owners are constantly making rules as they go along in order to deduct from plumbers pay.
