      Pros

      Good pay and flexible schedule. I really enjoy interacting with customers and making their bad day better. I get paid time off and I get to bring my children to work with me or work from home. I work at Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greater Fort Smith, Arkansas.

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours during peak times of the year. It's balanced by how flexible the hours are most of the time.

      Pros

      No room for growth financially or within the company. Needed something more stable and a job that could end in a career that I could eventually be completely financially stable. Low starting wage. Need P1A Plumbing certificate to get hired.

      Cons

      The hardest part of the job is to get the technicians to listen sometimes they usually didn't want to do a certain job and complained about it so to get them to understand we have a job to do was sometimes difficult.
