Pros
Great discount- 40% off everything which is great My co-workers were great at my specific location I enjoyed working there in the beginning, but went downhill fast
Cons
Upper management is awful, specifically, the DM named John. They don't care about lower-level employees at all. If you want a full-time position you will have to do split shifts. They understaff the stores and often expect people to run the store on their own. They have made employees open and close locations that are in dangerous areas. This is a company who only cares about sales, nothing else even though they claim to care about their customers and employees.
