Pros

Mud Bay has provided HUGE pay increases to their retail workers for the past 2 years. The increases have outpaced inflation and were life changing for many of their employees. Mud Bay also provides a fantastic benefits package. The insurance options are provided at a very low cost to the individual employees and are very comprehensive.

Cons

The point of sale system is pretty ancient. I understand the company is currently in the process of acquiring a new system. That will be amazing.

We are so excited to have just rolled out our new point of engagement system. It has already alleviated current pinch points both for Muddies and for customers in our stores.
