      Upward Mobility options if you work hard and seek feedback.

      Cons

      Management is not always on the same page. They strive to be, but can have a hard time with it.

      Pros

      Great culture, good training, opportunities to move up within the retail part of the business. They recently became and ESOP company, which creates a greater sense of empowerment and ownership for employees.

      Cons

      Difficult to move up beyond store level and it is easier to move up at all if you are friends with employees who are already at a higher level.
