Pros
Boot camp of customer service. Great starter job for a young person to learn the ins and outs of being a CSR. If you last a year at Mueller, anything is possible.
Cons
Pay is horrible, no room for growth, management is very cliquish and unfair, certain departments are shown more favor, work load does not match the pay, they work the hard workers to death while the slackers get paid to stand around and talk, biased based on color, rules are not consistent, very stressful and childish environment, patience is tested daily, raises aren't based on performance, majority of management consists of people that have no clue how to manage themselves let alone a group of people. Professionalism and common decency are lacking. Not very diverse.
