Friendly people make the job so much better. Neither the work load nor the job is too stressful for anyone searching to find a job there.

Cons

Sometimes the people can be difficult to deal with depending on the circumstance. There can sometimes be negativity with the workers and that could cause issues.

The people are great and willing to work as a team. The manual labor isn't overwhelming. Machines are being updated, to make it better on the operators.

The pay scale and pay raises need to be revamped, people are making way less than what they are qualified to do.
