Pros

Yes we get health insurance. However it isn't always enough. Dental only covers one thousand dollars. They do not cover the entire cost of insurance.

Cons

Work here is labor intensive. Lots of lifting. Very hot days in summer. Very cold in winter. You have to wear hardhats and steel toe shoes. Bonuses are a joke.

Some of the employees are nice.

Cons

This company prides itself on underpaying their employees and expects overtime (with little to no compensation) from the ones who want to rise up in the company. The work environment is horrible and I was stressed the entire time I worked there.

The tools are old and broke no equipment is all rigged Smokey treat use like anamels and the floors have big holes in them witch breaks are backs
