The company is very straight forward with a no-nonsense approach to things. They have full benefits and are a strong company in a good market.

Cons

The organizational structure can change at times and the pay could be better.

Exposure to management and c-level executives. Financially stable company. Huge portfolio of products. Old, respected industry name.

Cons

Lack of resources. Lose lots of people and don't replace them; others expected to absorb the workload. Don't value work/life balance. Very different treatment depending on divisions. Management can't make decisions without corporate sign off.
