Pros
Great brand, good inter office communication and teams. Close nit friends. The teams really help each other out when needed. Help was often available. Most everyone had good open door policies. Training was awesome. Definitely a good place to start a career because they push you to your perceived limits and drill you good. They forge good people. Training was always effective. They would fly us around where needed a few times a year. Expect to travel in certain positions. Going on location to learn certain processes was always fun. Almost any time I needed to take a class, management did not hesitant at all.
Cons
Lack of branch communication. Management definitely lacked any kind of top down communication, always very tight lipped. Sometimes one thing was stated, and another thing was done. Not very professional in that manner.
