Very Good Company lead by really good leadership. They are strategically becoming one of only a couple of companies in their industry. Hard work but well rewarded.

Cons

Mueller operates very lean which is great for investors, but tough on employees. Mueller does not offer many advancement opportunities.

Great flexibility. The work day starts between 7 and 8:30 am.

Cons

Men normally get promotions with pay increases while women tend to get lateral moves without any pay increases.
