      Pros

      Everyone at MuleSoft is incredibly smart and dedicated to their job. The culture has remained strong as the company has rapidly scaled over the last year. I have learned quite a lot from my coworkers and enjoy coming into work every day.

      Cons

      The company is scaling quickly, so we are experiencing some growing pains. However, management is conscious of this and are doing their best to change management tactics and adjust as the team grows. It's not a 9-5 job, but no startup is.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for problem solving in any role, and to have significant impact on their growth going forward. Potential for IPO in the future so there's a financial upside as well. Really smart group of people who also enjoy solving challenges

      Cons

      Very little if any employee support systems, they don't really care about your career, only getting the most out of you. Promotion opportunities are sparse as they are hiring so much they will just fill it in above with outsiders

      Pros

      Company is very flexible on PTO, investors love the company and revenue is growing.

      Cons

      Company is very heavily focused on Sales and Marketing, product is good but partially ahead of its time. Still needs solid java skills to build any integration even with Mule tools.
