      Pros

      CEO is an experienced, strong leader and a good communicator. He has high standards and can be demanding but he also cares a lot about the well being and long-term success of Mulesoft employees

      Interesting technology being adopted The application space is growing very fast The market is there for the taking, but competition is fierce Company appreciates its people and works hard to build a culture

      Cons

      Periods of intense and very hard work are expected Growing very fast, so organisational cracks and chafing are inevitable. This can be a bit rough.

      Pros

      Constantly surrounded by an amazing group of people that want to make the company a huge success. The executive team are genuinely interested in your personal and professional development within the organisation and will support you in this. Everyone is an A player and unbelievably smart, There is no stern hierarchy within the business so you can reach out to anyone, collaboration between departments and continents is encouraged. All staff are welcomed to give any feedback or provide innovative suggestions at any time.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con but a job at MuleSoft is not for someone with a 9-5 mindset. The work/life balance can be difficult at times but we are all in this together and work extremely hard to reach our shared and personal goals.
