I am sorry for your experience and view on thin territories. Myself, our President, your RVP, and everyone in leadership are one Slack message or email away, and I would welcome the opportunity for your candid feedback so that we can work together to solve any issues you are having. While the great majority of our account executives are hitting quota with the territories they are assigned, we continue to look at how territories can be aligned for maximum account executive success. Ensuring the success of front line sellers is critical to any business, and we are constantly assessing anything that we can do to improve that success. I hope you will connect with me soon so we can address any issues.

Pros

This is what it feels like to be driving and riding a rocketship. You will be surrounded by some of the thoughtful, intelligent professionals you will ever encounter. Everyone raises the bar for each other. The pace is intense and you will be constantly challenged. The leadership is exceptional and brings the best out of people. One thing is sure: you will grow professionally and personally from working here.

Cons

This place is not for everybody, and not for the faint of heart. You need to be in the right mindset and be able to keep up. You'll need some serious time management skills and be able to think on your feet. Process / infrastructure is perpetually catching up with the business, so be prepared to drive every detail yourself in order to get something done (e.g. closing a deal, introducing a new product or hiring someone).

Pros

Very fast paced and never a boring day at MuleSoft. The people are amazing on both a professional and personal level. The SF office is a fun place and the location is awesome. The talent of the organization gives the office a heightened atmosphere where everyone needs to be on their game.

Cons

We are growing very quickly and a day here can feel like a week other places. The growing pains can be challenging, but it is standard pains for a start up growing at this pace.
