Pros

The company is growing very fast, so enormous amount of opportunity. Both to grow into management position, and to work up the individual contributor ladder. Team members are really solid and work hard. Great downtown location, yoga and lunch benefits.

Cons

Fast growth means that there is a lot of work to do and sometimes things that are fundamental are deprioritized in favor of new features. This is, however, getting better.

Pros

Strong motivation to win by serving our customers better than anyone else, transparent culture, a strong willingness to work together to achieve our goals, lots of opportunities to shape your role and projects and very direct non-political conversations. Leadership team is very approachable and supportive of proposals which are tangible and measurable. Nice office, good quality equipment and budget to be successful.

Cons

Room to improve in being metric driven in areas outside sales, and attempt to do too much at once.

Pros

Enterprise is "hot" again, and integration is one of the biggest opportunity in enterprise software. MuleSoft seems to be in the right market at the right time, with the right products, and we are on a rocket ride of growth. The chance to be a part of a success story is exciting and a great potential resume builder. Everyone here is highly intelligent and the culture is collaborative. Everyone is generally pulling in the same direction, and there is relatively little in the way of office politics.

Cons

As with any high-growth startup, the pace can be intense. This is not a place for people who want to work a standard 40 hour week. Evenings and weekends are not uncommon. Also, as the company grows, some of the communications between teams is getting harder, and it's harder to get visibility into what others are doing.
