Pros

My experience working here has been quite positive. 1. My colleagues are friendly and supportive, contributing to a very enjoyable workplace culture. 2. The pay and benefits are satisfactory; while they may not be the highest in the industry, they are certainly above average compared to many companies. 3. The work-from-home arrangement is excellent, and we also regularly meet in-person during off-sites and social events to enhance collaboration. 4. The HR team is impressive; they genuinely care about employees and regularly check in on my well-being since I joined. 5. At the end of every year, the company has a shutdown period allowing all employees to take two weeks off.

Cons

Not much, but if I must mention some points: 1. I've heard that in past years, management used to let go of employees quite frequently, which is quite intimidating. However, since I joined, I haven't witnessed this. 2. Given the type of business, I feel uncomfortable sharing details about my work with others.

Truly a great place to work

Pros

I've worked at Multi Media for a few months and it's truly a great place to work. You get to work with high quality engineers and work on huge problems of scale. The company really cares for you and puts a lot of effort into ensuring your well being is kept up. Pay and benefits and perks are all great.

Cons

Sometimes projects get cancelled before they ship and engineers have to pivot to other projects.
