Friendly group of people, free lunch/dinner, consistently offers training and answers questions over group chat.

Cons

No permanent work from home opportunities despite transitioning to a WFH environment due to pandemic. Often reassigns you to different positions on a whim (sometimes resulting in extra workload or less, depending).

More transparency and faster rate of communication between management and rest of company. Stock options would be appreciated and impactful.
