      Pros

      Stellar organization on every level. You never have to think about anything other than your job responsibilities. Team members are of the highest quality so no one is engaging in petty games or trying to take credit for your ideas.

      Cons

      After working here, every other company will seem disorganized. I really wish I had found this job much earlier on in my career. It would have saved so much unwanted stress.
