      The work environment is really good, you are given the flexibility to work on tasks you are comfortable with and great emphasis on work life balance.

      None, it has been a really smooth a\ride.

      Quite literally the best place I've ever worked

      Pros

      Above market-rate pay, excellent benefits and perks. Relaxed environment with a heavy emphasis on work/life balance.

      Cons

      The work itself can be difficult. Definitely a learning curve for getting started as a developer and you need to be able to figure out a lot on your own.
