      MSC cares about their mission and employees

      As a non-profit, MSC has difficulty having higher salaries, but they make an effort. Benefits are excellent

      Being able to serve people of the community.

      Cons

      The company is unorganized from top to bottom. Pay is low. The work culture is horrible. Employees are unprofessional and there are no clear boundaries. Expectations are high with NO training.
