      VERY top heavy, managers are treated like gods, and seems like no thought or process goes into who should actually be managing others. VERY old school, eg, outboxes

      MultiCare has put a great deal of thought into “who should actually be managing others”. Our annual employee engagement survey and turnover data provide us with insights about who are our most effective leaders and where there are leadership gaps. We are actively working to improve our selection process for leadership roles, our performance management system for leaders and our leadership development program.
