      Has its problems, But is a good and friendly place to work

      Pros

      People are Friendly, management treats you like a human being, If you want to grow in your career they will totally support you. free doughnuts on Thursday.

      Cons

      Scheduling issues lead to problems in work flow. This in turn causes things to be more hectic than they would otherwise be. Reluctance to address poor performance among some employees. This leads to issues where other employees are constantly fixing things caused by a small group of people.

      Pros

      Still retains a small company feeling. Although not everyone, many people at different levels of the company do care about employees and will go out of their way to help in difficult person situations.

      Cons

      A singular message of company culture is missing. After being bought out a few years ago, they feel like they don't know who they want to be.
