Your only seeing as a number with this company, if you don't fit into the good old boys club they'll find a way to get rid of you. Benefits are terrible, medical insurance is very bad. Let's not forget the bonuse they'll tell you about its terrible also. Laughable at best.

Good old boys club, if you don't fit in you won't make it here.

Pros

People are Friendly, management treats you like a human being, If you want to grow in your career they will totally support you. free doughnuts on Thursday.

Cons

Scheduling issues lead to problems in work flow. This in turn causes things to be more hectic than they would otherwise be. Reluctance to address poor performance among some employees. This leads to issues where other employees are constantly fixing things caused by a small group of people.
