Cons
Many; Little/no investment in IT infrastructure throughout organisation. Majority of projects are littered with technical challenges that are unable to be overcome in the time allowed, a brute force approach is typically used to 'get thing's done'. Majority of products generally commited/sold to customers with VERY LIMITED development and testing. Zero emphasis on DFMEA's or Project Gateways. Manufacturing divison full of unqualified inexperienced staff that are not held to account for their errors/mistakes (likely manifested from the 'no blame' culture resulting in zero accountability). Lower & Upper Management full of 'YES MEN', scrambling over each other to try and get one rung up the corporate ladder.
