Pros
Good experience, profitable company, not a low cost supplier, innovative, decent work environment. You can go far in the company with tooling experience. The company doesn't necessarily appreciate Engineers as much people with tooling experience.
Cons
Can be political, significant turnover especially during recessions. The company doesn't necessarily appreciate Engineers as much people with tooling experience. Had to go to a funeral for my Grandmother, and the company made me show a death certificate to get the time off.
