Business Outlook
Pros
Worked as a research and development engineer for hinges (closures group) in their Technical Center. Was assigned to a multitude of innovative and interesting projects that were non-typical for a Tier One supplier. Employees are generally friendly and easy to work with. The company has stronger financials than its competition and has good competence.
Cons
Career progression discussions did not take place, and opportunities within the company are rather inflexible. Also, I don't believe meritocracy is as prominent in this company versus other better run companies. Compensation is on par with industry, but definitely much lower based on employee's skill set.
