Terrible Experience - Mandated Overtime on Weekends

Decent fellow employees (at the time)

Cons

Rush Rush Rush was a requirement. A few mistakes made and management flies off the handle. Only a 20 minute lunch break, while standard lunch breaks in the state of Indiana on the average are a half hour. Mandated weekend work, usually due to outdated machines going south all the time. Avoid this place like you would avoid COVID.
