      Pros

      Leading edge. Strength Through Technology (Products and Equipment). President is focused on Succession Planning and Employee Development in 2017/2018. Exciting products, such as complete Ford GT Supercar Assembly, suspension system development, leading edge carbon fibre products, etc. Very intelligent people working at all levels of the company. Very secure Canadian owned global company with solid growth.

      Cons

      No advancement for slackers. Only people who are willing to put in an extra effort will succeed and get ahead.
