      Exciting work in motorsport, automotive engineering. Fast pace, lots to learn. Some great people work for the company.

      Cons

      Overwork, underpaid, and a complete lack of care for the employee make all the hard work and hours difficult to justify. Overpromise and underdeliver, every time
