Large corporation. Leading edge product line. Great Capital. Technology motivated.

Cons

Management is terrible HR Culture Corporate climate Mislead Overtime is never accurately paid in full Tooling maintenace budgets are unbelieveable, almost half a million for a few dies? This concerns me... Where's the money going? LOL! Ride the gravy train boys!

Company survived because of strong financials back ground and they were supplying parts to Ford if you do not have any desire to grow you can work because managers do not know anything... Solid Product Good support staff

Cons

No growth, Growth only for the people who know GM & AGM

No room for career growth Management is very secretive There is no professionalism. Very cheap as they do not invest on employee growth.
