Pros

Great place to learn new skills and gain experience in upcoming and new technologies/ software. Lots of new projects. Good place to gain the knowledge and confidence in industry to then jump ships to other companies.

Cons

Working at the end of the line, where production teams screw you over constantly means you are worked to an inch of your life and at breaking point with little thanks or no reward for doing so. Very flat job structure. Almost zero company benefits. Legal minimums given out to employees.
