      Pros

      - opportunities to do challenging work and projects - recommended as a stepping stone to a wide array of experience - people (except management) are great to work with and helpful

      Cons

      high pressure, little appreciation, 45 hours work week is mandatory overtime is unpaid, maybe it will be compensated through bonus... too fast of a pace leading to a lot of mistakes...but let's not change and do it again glass ceiling, no room for career growth

      Pros

      Good benefit package that covers health, dental & other services

      Cons

      Long hours, lot's of unpaid over time. You're expected to stay late when its busy but you can't leave early when its not. Once in a while you may have to work weekends or holidays. Finance department has very high turnover.

      Pros

      Company survived because of strong financials back ground and they were supplying parts to Ford if you do not have any desire to grow you can work because managers do not know anything... Solid Product Good support staff

      Cons

      No growth, Growth only for the people who know GM & AGM
