      Lots of room for growth

      Pros

      There's been a decent amount of movement in the ranks and has allowed a lot of room for me to grow within the company and build my own resume.

      Cons

      Canadian owned. Corporate makes some odd decisions sometimes that we have to follow. Not all bad but can be annoying at times.

      Very clear pay rate and you will get the same pay as other in one years for the same position

      Cons

      Non-stop working during the production hours. Relatively short breaks.
