      Pros

      It is located close a major city. Easy parking, and an underground parking to boot. majority of employees are good people. Company was/is willing to develop its employees through group participation.

      Cons

      Favoritism, and managers not following the company policy. For the 5+ years there Iit went through 4 AGMs, 4 quality managers. 3 Tool room managers!
