This place and job suck. I was slightly slow at my job and out of a sudden i got terminated from my job without any feedback or warning. The area team lead was the worst person i met. There are a few nice people that will help you out. Most of the team leaders are a bunch of cowards and they act like they own the place. Everyone gossips behind everyone back and they don't have the courage to say it to your face.

This place and job suck. The break room is horrible and pretty much under construction. There’s a lack of microwaves and I took all of my breaks in my car. Depending on your team leader, you’ll either enjoy your job or hate it. My team leader made me feel dumb and stupid and had no patience. If you’re going to be a team leader, you should have some patience. There are a few nice people who will help you learn and point out your mistakes, but my team leader wasn’t one of them. When I joined, the company didn’t provide me with the proper tools, yet the area leader complained that I was using the wrong ones. I didn’t get any proper feedback or warning and got terminated for bad quality parts and being slow. Yet when I asked my team leader she said my parts got passed. Half of the team leaders are a bunch of cowards. Also on my first day if the job, a racist joke was made towards me. I wish it reported it but unfortunately i didn't report it.
