Worst company I have ever worked in! Pathetic work culture, extreme level ignorance from managers and HR is of no use at all! Extreme favoritism and nepotism. They don't even follow their policies. Be aware of the lairs over there , and there are so many of them! Managers has no respect for their employees and does extreme level favoritism. They make you work as a maintenance technician and treat you in the same way even though you are hired as an engineer! That is extreme level unfair for the person who is expecting to work as per the duties mentioned in their job offer. I would not recommend even my enemy to work over in that plant! most people working there in management/engineering/maintenance department since years are just relaxing whole day and behave like they are the owner of the company ! If you get a chance, PLEASE RUN AWAY AND GET ANOTHER JOB!
