      Pros

      Plenty of interesting stuff going on. Most only get to view it from a distance as they are given boring jobs to do and zero autonomy due to interfering management

      Cons

      Very long hours Disregard for employees wellbeing Toxic work environment Progress is unlikely unless you are prepared to do some serious sucking up
