      - You get to work on niche and race vehicles - Very diverse projects, as opposed to mundane work - Many talented engineers with technical / soft skills to learn from

      Cons

      - Workload could be high sometimes, but such is typical in the automotive industry. - Salary is on the lower side of the spectrum.
