Clean and safe offices, too many gaps in IT so you will always have a job and options to boost your skills, engineering staff is skilled for the existing technological stack, some work can be done remotely, good benefits.

Cons

Upper management considers IT as a low value unit. Legacy IT technologies are everywhere, low salary rates in IT, low annual salary adjustments, bonus rate is tight to your personal relations with your manager, no space for career grow, technologically skilled staff should report to tricksters.

Good benefits, indoor job, check in-check out. uniform and safety shoes covered, overall good coworkers (but bad management).

Cons

Growth solely dependent on management and politics. Annual pay increase very low. Management doesn't listen to your needs. No external training provided.
