      Lots of help from people around you. No body will be coming behind you to say this or that. Always have a space of your own to figure things out. Work place safety is priority.

      Pay is way less than average. Possibility to get promoted is equal to none, whether if you are qualified, over qualified or not. Positions are open only to the privileged. Average benefits packages.
