      Pros

      Good benefits, indoor job, check in-check out. uniform and safety shoes covered, overall good coworkers (but bad management).

      Cons

      Growth solely dependent on management and politics. Annual pay increase very low. Management doesn't listen to your needs. No external training provided.

      Most people are friendly and will help when asked.

      Cons

      Management not good, problems are pilled up and never solved. When solutions are recommended, they are not taken. Slow to implement standard principles thats everywhere else. Not a good learning experience for new grads, no answers to questions. Pay is bad. For new engineering graduates, if a position is offered that is not engineering, do not accept.
