You get 2 weeks vacation time in your first year, and a week worth of sick leave.
Cons
You are lucky if your vacation time is approved, for your sick leave you better make sure your Dr's note says the word "excuse" or they won't approve it. There is usually mandatory OT and if it conflicts with your life, you should have thought that before you took the job or had other obligations. Regular layoffs on short notice Management doesn't communicate between shifts.
