      Pros

      There was good money, and lots of overtime.

      Cons

      Management didn't know their rears from their heads. Management was racist to the Muslim employees. Treated employees unfairly, and without respect. People were seen as objects instead of employees. Rampant nepotism when it came to employees. Supervisors had their favorites and they could do know wrong. Whereas people in the bad books were getting blamed for everything - even things they didn't do.

      • Great communication between employees and Management • Company is always on improving internal procedures and work environment • Good Benefits & Salary compensation • Very productive atmosphere • Multimatic holds very positive values towards its employees and overall work performance
