      Decent pay and benefits Not micromanaged Payed for me to relocate More good days than bad Sent me to Motoman training

      Same cons you get everywhere. Hard to find decent help, operators/skilled trade/managers/supervisors. Job turns into the same 20 fixes over and over and over again. Too much overtime. Some is nice, but I don't want to live there. Too much radio chatter. They use radios to call for help/materials/questions, but they only had one channel.
