Very good consulting company. They have contacts to get you lined up for interviews. They give maximum rate. But you have to ask for raise like any othe rplace. They had good benefit package as well including health & dental insurance, vacation, education reimbursement.

Cons

This is a typical consulting firm. Like i mentioned in pros, you have to ask for yearly raise. Not much interaction with your peers as you dont know who are other other employees are

At end of training must sign two year contract. The big problem with this is that it is self training.
