      Pros

      They reward high performers and give employees more responsibility with additional benefits if they who perform well. The culture of the company is great, relaxed and professional. Mentors give their guidance when needed and allows you to grow professionally.

      Pros

      This is the company to start your career. You can learn lot of things inside and develop your skills. Being at Multivision is a good experience and we get introduced with lot of good technological people who support us for our growth in IT Industry. Compensation is good and work environment is very good.

      Cons

      Initially I was asked to get trained in multiple technologies which I was not comfortable but later realized the importance of it and I got placed with a client now for a long term client project.

      Pros

      It enabled individuals to realize their full potential. I got an opportunity to work on different projects across different domains. They provide constant training on different technologies that helps one elevate his knowledge and use it on the projects. Good work culture and good environment to work with. Management is supportive and I would like to stay for a long period.

      Cons

      I started my career and the company did everything good for me. No Cons.
