Pros

I have been working with them for the last 3.5 years now. Good training, very supportive teams and friendly people. The software skills you learn during your boot camp with them is highly worth it and it is free of cost! I am now working as a Software engineer (contractor) with one of their F500 clients and have learned a lot professionally.

Cons

Salary should be on par with industry standards. Housing during the training should have more facilities.

Pros

I joined Multivision after my studies and got trained initially. They have committed to get me placed after the training program which they did and the recruiters are good who are in regular touch with me. The trainers are excellent who are supporting me on any queries related to technologies when required.

Cons

They can pay little higher salary for deserving candidates, just a suggestion.

Pros

Very strong emphasis on Processes. They provide lot of opportunities to learn different aspects of IT industry. Overall a very good company to start work with .They respect the associate level employees skill set and use it as an asset to grow in different verticals. I was so excited to be offered a job at Multivision. Wages are fair, good coworkers and management people are really supportive.

Cons

Nothing as such. Everything is good.
